DESIGN
MECHANIC
The mechanical design is carried out using professional 3D software, taking into account the requirements of the market study and the previous sketches made during the research phase.
Through CAE analysis and simulation, the feasibility of the design is studied and determined to ensure correct thermal management and the mechanical behavior of the product.
OPTICAL
The optical system developed by our R&D team allows for the correct management of LED light through the use of materials with high light transfer, ensuring high efficiency and correct uniformity at high power.
ELECTRONIC
Aware that electronic components play a fundamental role in product reliability and performance, power supplies, LED modules and surge protectors are carefully designed and tested under different types of electrical/environmental stress, thus ensuring the quality and stability of the luminaire under extreme conditions.
All electrical tests, under the applicable directives, are carried out within our internal R&D&I laboratory.
SOFTWARE
In projects where it is necessary to establish a software design, our professional team of programmers, engineers and developers will carry out the activities dedicated to the process of creation, design, testing and compatibility of the software, adapting to the needs and characteristics of each project.
