For MOONOFF, a company dedicated to the “Design, manufacture, development and marketing of LED lighting products and other electrical and electronic products”, quality, respect for the environment, safety and health at work and efficient energy management are priority factors that are recognizable in the services it provides to its customers. The principles of our policy are based on respect for the fundamental values of our company, customer satisfaction and the commitment to continuous improvement in our work and processes of quality, environmental, occupational health and energy efficiency management.
The quality, environment, health and safety and energy efficiency policy is established and managed by the company’s Management, the highest management body of MOONOFF.

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY, THE ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
· Knowing and satisfying the needs and expectations of our clients, as well as the relevant requirements of interested parties relevant to the quality management system.
· Establish and periodically review quality, environmental, occupational health and safety and energy management objectives to ensure continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
· Scrupulous compliance with current legislation, regulations and applicable requirements, as well as other commitments signed by the company.
· Determine the internal and external interested parties that are relevant to the quality management system and meet its requirements, as well as understand the context of the organization and determine the opportunities and risks of the same as a basis for planning actions to address, assume or treat them.
· Periodically review the effectiveness of the Management System in order to detect weak points and take the necessary actions to continuously improve our activities and performance in terms of quality, environment, safety and health at work and energy efficiency.
· Train and raise awareness among all staff in matters of quality, satisfaction, customer service, environmental protection, safety and health at work and energy management.
· Promote and involve the various agents involved, directly or indirectly, in our work in quality, environmental, health and safety and energy management procedures.
· Develop our designs and work taking into account the environmental aspects of each activity, focused on efficient exploitation in terms of the use of energy resources, promoting the use of renewable energy, the use of environmentally friendly and sustainable materials and the efficient use of water.
· Protect the environment and prevent pollution directly resulting from our work, reducing waste generation and managing its efficiency throughout its life cycle.
· Guarantee the prevention of harm to our workers, commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to OSH by avoiding circumstances that may lead to a deterioration in their health, and adopting the general principles required by current legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention.
· Achieve full integration of occupational risk prevention into the Management System, so that different activities are carried out and decisions are made without compromising people’s safety for productivity or economic reasons.
· Ensure information, consultation and participation of all workers in matters relating to occupational health and safety.
· Promote the design of sustainable and eco-efficient products, using recyclable materials and extending their useful life, considering the improvement of energy performance as a sign of our commitment to energy efficiency.
· Continuously improve energy performance, directing efforts towards the efficient use of energy resources necessary for the development of our activities and services, including the acquisition of energy-efficient products and services, in line with our commitments against Climate Change.
